Particulars At 1227 utc a fishfarming vessel called MRCC Tórshavn for assistance. The vessel had got a leakage and situation was not under control. Rescue boats Lív and Ziska were called to assist with pumps and the local fireteam was called on scene. Later the crew could stop the leakage, but Ziska proceeded to assist the vessel.

Particulars At 1027 UTC a medevac was repuested from a fishing trawler south of the Island of Suðuroy. The vessel had been in contact with the doctor onboard Hvidbjørnen and it was decided to evacuate the patient by helicopter.The rescue helicopter at vágar airport was scrambled and airborne at 1107 UTC, hoisted the patient at 1145 UTC and the doctor from Hvidbjørnen at 1153 UTC. The course was then set for the hospital in Torshavn where the helicopter landed at 1230 LT.

Particulars At 1813 hrs the police called MRCC about a fishing boat in fire with one man onboard. MRCC called Rescue Lív out and Torshavnradio called nearby ships for help. Rescue Lív arrived on scene 1843 hrs and picked up a man from a liferaft and took the liferaft onboard and went back to Torshavn.At 2023 hrs the Inspection vessel Tjaldrið arrived to the burning boat and at 2035 hrs the boat sunk.

Particulars At 0505 local time the police reported to MRCC that a distress rocket was observed descending on the western quay in Tórshavn Harbour. The port authoritis confirmed the incident. Inbound vessel MV Thor was contacted and urged to keep a sharp lookout. The police searched the harbour and the nearby marina in Argir. Rescue Boat Lív was deployed to search along the coastline and some distance off shore. Nothing further was observed.

Particulars At 0552 local time the Tórshavnradio recieved a distress call from a medium size yacht, wich had run aground south of Nes in Eysturoy. The boat suffered from severe leakage and needed immediate assistance. The Rescue Boat Lív was sent for and arrived at the scene with pumps at 0615 hours. The boat was towed in to Toftir harbour in order to get more pump capacaty from the local fire department and subsequently towed further to slipway in Strendir.
