Particulars At 13:53 UTC police contacted the MRCC as a boat was taking on water in a pos 9 NM east of the Islands and required immediate assistance. Vessels in the area were alerted and a rescue helicopter was scrambled from the airport. At 14:10 the leakage was stopped and the Rescue Boat Lív accompanied the vessel in need to the port of Tórshavn.

Particulars In the collision the small boat capsized. There were two men onboard. One of them was able to swim out of the wheelhouse and climb up on the front of the keel. Shortly afterwards he was rescued by a mob boat from the Mykines. The other man was newer seen coming out of the wheelhouse and the rescued person did never heard any lifesign from his fellow. Shortly afterwards the damaged boat sank.
